Congratulations to all our runners who ran the Pontypridd Reverse 10 recently. The Reverse was along a new more scenic route this year but still remained fast and flat. Unfortunately due to the snow and rain the course along the Taff Trail was waterlogged and muddy, my nice new white trainers will never be the same colour again!

Andrew Brasington was our first man home in a time of 1.10.43 finishing in 129th, closely followed by Paul Evans who set a new PB by over 3 minutes to finish in 1.11.00 and in 132nd place.  Sian Williams ran through the pain barrier of her recent injury to finish in 255th place in a time of 1.26.59, husband Rob unfortunately had to pull out after 3.5 miles with a calf tear.
