Three of our athletes completed the Muddy Woody 6 mile in Haugh Woods in Herefordshire on St Valentine's Day. The going was very muddy and hilly in places and it was a case of staying upright and not losing any shoes rather than setting PBs. Rob Williams was first Brecon member home in a time of 1.01.18 in 120th place.  Sian Williams was close behind in 1.08.47 finishing 197th and Olly Cayless who was suffering from injury and fatigue having competed in the Gwent League the day before finished in 1.37.27 in 278th place. A good time was had by all!
